Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were small but very cozy, especially the ones with balconies offering a beautiful view. The patchy Wi-Fi in the room was a bit of a downside, but overall it was a delightful experience. The service was top-notch, with very friendly and helpful staff making my stay stress-free. The location was simply terrific, close to various attractions, museums, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience was a bit disappointing in terms of variety, but the fantastic view made up for it. The facilities were great, enhancing my overall comfort and convenience.
The hotel has nice rooms, but they are a bit small. The breakfast room staff could be more welcoming. The location is excellent, though some street activity was concerning.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were small but very comfortable and well-designed, with access to the terrace. The service was top-notch, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent, right near the railway station. The dining experience was really good with a lot of variety to choose from. Overall, a great place to stay with some minor drawbacks.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It offers spacious, tidy rooms with a lovely view from the 7th and 9th floors, equipped with everything from an iron to a shoe shine kit. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location is fantastic, with easy access to museums, restaurants, and transportation options. The dining experience could use some improvement in terms of variety, but overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a wonderful view but felt a bit closed off from the atrium, giving an unpleasant feeling. The service was friendly and helpful, especially the young male receptionist, but it was disappointing that there were no rooms with terrace access for dog owners. The location was excellent, right across from Helsinki central station, though it was always crowded. The dining options offered a wide range of choices with a great view, making up for the lack of fresh air in the rooms.
